Which Ebay Auction Selling Technique Is Best? Dutch Auction Or Multiple Listings?

With the current fee system on ebay, is it better to do a multiple quantity auction (dutch), or actually list many separate auctions with a quantity of 1? I am having trouble understanding the fees, but it doesn’t seem like multiple separate auctions would cost much more, and you get the benefit of extra real estate/exosure within the item listings. I’m selling items that cost $40.

How Much Money Do We Really Need To Buy Foreclosures Before Or At Auction?

We are would be first time investors in real estate and have been studying up the various stages of foreclosure and the ways to buy. We thought we had enough to buy one property for us, and another as an investment, but having learned more about this market generally, and wanting to keep away from the lower priced, lots of repairs options, we are starting to get concerned about our ability to fund this grand plan. We will be able to get a line of credit on the home we would buy as a residence though. What other options have we got when we haven’t time to raise a mortgage to close a deal?

I have never been to any type of auction, so I am a little intimidated. I know that large companies and others who are seasoned in real estate attend these things. But, my q is, should I try to buy the guy out of his house before the auction date, will this be better odds at getting the property. And how do I go about that? My area in Ohio has a high foreclosure rate, but I also look up local tax auctions. My goal is first to find one house and renovate myself, then try two more after my first sale. Someone in real estate or who does this for a living please offer some tips! I know a little about how to check out home sale prices, liens and such. But where do I go from there?

Can You Be Sued By The Person Who Bought Your House At Auction?

Our house went into foreclosure and then sold at sherriff’s auction late last year. It sold for a bit more then we owed the banks. We expected to pay off everyone, then receive that money from the sale of the house, and start a new. The house was bought by a real estate investor. A few days after the house sold, we were informed that this real estate investor is suing us because he did not like the condition of the house, claiming that we intentionally vandalized the house. He is suing us for the exact amount that is owed to us after the house sold to repair damages. We did no such thing, we were forced to move in a very short time with no moving company to help. Has anyone been sued like this before?
We feel we have already lost everything.

We Won A No Reserve Auction On Ebay For A House, We Emailed The Seller But Didn’t Get A Reply, What To Do?

I know ebay says real estate auctions are non-binding on the buyer (us) but it doesn’t say anything about the seller? I guess they are obliged to sell it to you if you have won the auction? We’re pretty sure the seller didn’t expect to get so low a price but that’s how auctions work! (If you want a certain price put a reserve on it!)
So, probably contact ebay if we don’t hear from the seller? Oh, and leave negative feedback thereby ending the sellers 100% positive feedback? Thanks.

I would like to know the process of buying REO’s, or even auction properties, before they are listed with an agent or are bought by investment firms and turned around to be sold at actual value. I mean, how can one buy a home for about $3,001?
I realize that from other questions on Yahoo! Answers, the bank will hire a listing agent and sell the home close to the actual value of the home. How is it that a home and its land can be sold at such a low price and how I can buy a home or real estate property this way?

Claim Against Estate And Preventing Auction Of Item?

My husband is filing a claim against the estate of his ex mother in law. The item he are seeking was promised to my husband by his ex mother in law, but his ex wife refuses to give it to him. She has also stated that she will destroy the item before he’ll ever get it. Her siblings are aware and willing to testify that the item was promised to him. An auction of the real estate and personal property is scheduled for November 15th. What can we do to prevent this item from being auctioned off until the ownership of it has been decided?
