Question For A Real Estate Agent.?

Monday, February 8, 2010
By admin

I’ve been working with a real estate agent for a couple months. He’s shown me about 10 homes and none of them have worked for me. I recently found a house that will be sold by auction in a couple weeks that I like and want to try and buy.
What should I tell my agent. I really like him and feel bad not buying a house through him.

Real Estate: Fannie Mae Foreclosure, We Are Renting, Help?

Sunday, February 7, 2010
By admin

So we’ve been renting a House for 3 years and paid every month. Now we found out not the case for our owner, the property had gone to foreclosure auction and has reverted back to Fannie Mae.
Does anyone have information or experience on this? Would still like to rent but we are not fond of a month to month and having a realtor to have access to bring strangers in through th house for showings.
Any information will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It Has Been Said Lately That Real Estate People Are Greedy And Untrustworthy? I Am Concerned About This?

Thursday, February 4, 2010
By admin

There are so many immoral and ammoral people out there and money is their God. It seems that they have fun cheating people?
I also heard that they go to all accesses of information private and otherwise to snoop around on people and their property? That is to enable them to have leverage to manuever into the position to steal the property. It also has been said they are working with communities and villages to stop sales on properties and force people into foreclosures so they can buy it up at auction prices?
There have been arrests made about this problem, I am wondering does anyone know what this is about? And how to combat these people?

John Beck’s Real Estate Meathod, Good Or No?

Wednesday, February 3, 2010
By admin

I saw this infomercial thing on the TV for John Beck’s real estate meathod. It has to do with tax auctioned houses. I was looking at it, and it sounded pretty good. Now for my question, for those of you who have tried, was this a good meathod?

California Real Estate Auctions- Real Estate Law. The Rent I’m Paying, Isn’t Being Used To Pay The Mortgage?

California Real Estate Auctions- Real Estate Law.  The Rent I’m Paying, Isn’t Being Used To Pay The Mortgage?

I’m in California. The owners of this rental i’m in haven’t paid the mortgage for 6 months. Notice of default was filed on 7/19/07. They were given 90 days to get current or sell. Or the house goes on the auction block Oct 18th. Why are they entitled to any more rent? If legally I have to continue paying rent. The law needs to be changed.
What is going to happen after the sale? When can I expect to be kicked out?

Do Real Estate Investors Walk Up To Dilapidated Homes And Ask The Owners To Buy?

Monday, February 1, 2010
By admin

I know most successful REI’s buy the homes before they go on the market, sometimes at auctions or foreclosure sales, but this isn’t always the case….
There is a house I would love to remodel to sustain it’s architectural integrity, but the live in owner’s are letting it go to hell.
How do I convince them to let me buy???

Foreclosure Real Estate Business?

Sunday, January 31, 2010
By admin

I am going into the business of buying foreclosed homes before they go to auction directly from the owners. I have a couple questions.
How Profitable is this business? (General Overview)
How much money is needed for investment to start this business?
How long does it take to start up this business with all the components in place?
Would you reccomend hiring an accountant and real estate agent? Or do those things yourself, i am fairly skilled at accouning.
I would prefer responses from individuals who are doing the same thing or work in real estate.
Thanks in advance for your responses.

We Won A No Reserve Auction On Ebay For A House, We Emailed The Seller But Didn’t Get A Reply, What To Do?

Saturday, January 30, 2010
By admin

I know ebay says real estate auctions are non-binding on the buyer (us) but it doesn’t say anything about the seller? I guess they are obliged to sell it to you if you have won the auction? We’re pretty sure the seller didn’t expect to get so low a price but that’s how auctions work! (If you want a certain price put a reserve on it!)
So, probably contact ebay if we don’t hear from the seller? Oh, and leave negative feedback thereby ending the sellers 100% positive feedback? Thanks.

Success Stories

Auctions marketing for real estate works like a charm with all types of properties (residential, commercial, industrial, farms, ranches, land). Turn virtually any type of property into cash quickly and sell "as-is" with no hassles or fix up.

Luxury Home Auction

Mr. and Mrs. Clagg, luxury home builders, owned a magnificent 3,000 square foot residence situated on a third of an acre. Sadly, they had their property on the market for over 10 months without an offer, even though the price was reduced 3 times. Read more...

Residential Home Auction

This property was a rental property owned by an investor. It is located in Southwest Bakersfield in the Silver Creek development. The home was in good condition with over 1,600 sq. feet (3 bedroom 2.5 baths). Read more...

"...What I needed was URGENCY---A reason for buyers to buy my house in as-is condition-NOW. And that is why I went with the auction format... BIG SUCCESS….My problem home was SOLD!!!"
