Dude ... you have to have been smoking something illegal there.  I recall buying one fourth acre without city water or sewer [roads, power and telephone only] in Detroit&#039;s far suburbs [maybe only 30 miles out] in the late 1960s for $7,000.</description>

		<description>It may be possible, since you found it before.  But I wonder what the cost be if the land had street frontage, available water to tap into and a sewer system.  My guess is that it would certainly cost a great deal more.</description>
