John Beck’s Real Estate Meathod, Good Or No?

I saw this infomercial thing on the TV for John Beck’s real estate meathod. It has to do with tax auctioned houses. I was looking at it, and it sounded pretty good. Now for my question, for those of you who have tried, was this a good meathod?

I personally prefer Robert Allen and Donald Trump’s methods and some I’ve developed on my own using a bit from both of them and others I’ve read.

Those infomercials are lame…they make more money off suckers buying their “program” than from the methods they are trying to sell

In my opinion, every one of the real estate investing methods you see advertised will work, if YOU will work, and if you have some basic skills: communications skills and a little financial savvy.
I think people who take these courses and then complain that they were scammed have a “victim mentallity” and they expect that just by taking the class, they’ll suddenly become wealthy. It takes HARD WORK to make any business work, and these are BUSINESSES.
