We Won A No Reserve Auction On Ebay For A House, We Emailed The Seller But Didn’t Get A Reply, What To Do?

I know ebay says real estate auctions are non-binding on the buyer (us) but it doesn’t say anything about the seller? I guess they are obliged to sell it to you if you have won the auction? We’re pretty sure the seller didn’t expect to get so low a price but that’s how auctions work! (If you want a certain price put a reserve on it!)
So, probably contact ebay if we don’t hear from the seller? Oh, and leave negative feedback thereby ending the sellers 100% positive feedback? Thanks.

Bulgarian law would prevail. I doubt you have a sale at this point, this would legally only be an offer in both the UK and the US. EBAY can not circumvent the law, here or anywhere else.
But, honestly, I do not know squat about Bulgarian real estate law.

  2. Actions have consequences

A house on ebay? Really? and you inspected it? Or at least got a title search done?
I suspect greatly this is a scam, so report it to ebay. Note that ebay can do nothing to ‘force’ a sale, other than deleting an account.

Good luck on this one, your chance of enforcing a contact made through ebay, for a house in Bulgaria must be low.
Dont spend too much on contacting a lawyer.
    It sounds like a scam.

Email them. No response? Report to eBay.
If you had paid with PayPal report them to PayPal too.
    Also leave negative feedback.
