Many places only hold tax auctions every so often, so many times the timing is not right for the buyers. Many buyers are not ready to put in all the work, etc. that a tax sale property may entail. Completely different than working with an experienced investor. I have heard about John's course and received an excerpt here and there. Did you actually take his course? I was curious. It's such a raving review. I know he couldn't have given you the course because I'm sure under the new FCC rules you would have surely disclosed that.
