Sooner or later you’re going to have to pay to promote your website. Making money is a business and no businesses operate without spending money sir.
There are free ways to promote your website, whether it’s real estate or not. Like writing articles, building links etc. The main thing, though, is to create content – lots and lots of content. Create great content that people want to read and link to and visit over and over again. Does that sound like hard work? Well the business of making money involves hard work. Whoever told you otherwise was not being honest.
Check out this site http://www.howipromotemywebsite.com and this one http://www.squidoo.com/howtopromoteyours… and think about spending some money too :-)

You can start by including your URL in every email that you send out. Also, when you record your personal greeting on your cell phone voice mail make sure you include your website address there too. It’s a good start.

Put aN AD on Yahoo! in the real estate section of the website where millions come to buy and sell their house and this can promote your business too.
