Real Estate Auction Marketing Costs?

I am curious as to if there is an auction company out there who will not charge marketing costs up front but rather take a percent after the property is sold? (Like a realtor.) Maybe the more your property is worth the more marketing expenses they can have.
Example: You acution your property for 100,000 and they take 5% after the sale or 5,000. And if you property was 1,000,000, they take 50,000 for marketing.
Does this exist?

The only way an auction company would agree to do that is if you guaranteed them that you would sell the property at the auction regardless of price. Otherwise they have no way of recouping their expenses.
You really don’t want to do that, you could wind up selling the house for a $1 if no one shows….
